A large white yacht lying at anchor in a calm Mediterranean bay at first light

Managing eleven yachts from 26 to 74 metres Β· Monaco and Antibes

The boat runs whether
you are aboard or not.

Payroll, flag, class, insurance, budgets and the yard period. One manager who knows your vessel, a monthly account you can actually read, and no commission taken from anybody we buy from on your behalf.

  • Eleven yachts, four managers
  • No supplier commissions
  • Monthly accounts by the 10th

What we take on

The work that has no season

How we charge

What management costs, before you ring

A flat annual fee, set on the size of the vessel, how it is used and how many people are on the payroll. It is not a percentage of what you spend, because a percentage rewards us for spending more of it.

  • Flat fee, not a percentage
  • No commission from suppliers
  • Twelve-month term, ninety days' notice

Indicative annual fee

β€”

Indicative only, and deliberately so. There is a floor of €32,000 a year whatever the arithmetic says. A firm fee follows a look at the vessel, the flag and the last two years of accounts.

Why owners move

Four things that make an owner change manager

01

We take nothing from your suppliers

No commission, no rebate, no volume deal we have not shown you. It is the single question worth asking any manager, and the answers vary more than owners expect.

02

The accounts arrive on time and make sense

By the tenth of the following month, in the currency you think in, with the unusual lines explained in a sentence each. Late accounts are how a budget quietly doubles.

03

One manager, not a department

The same person for the whole relationship, who has been aboard, met the crew and stood in the engine room. Four managers between eleven yachts is the ratio that makes that possible.

04

We say what a thing will cost before it is done

Variations are priced and approved in writing, including ours. An owner should never learn the size of a job from the invoice.

A yacht manager working through paperwork in a quiet office overlooking a harbour

β€œThe previous managers took a percentage of the spend and I never once saw a supplier quote. Two years here and I have a flat fee, three prices on every yard job and a boat that costs a third less to run. Nothing about the yacht changed.”

Domain for sale

superyacht-owner.com is available

You are looking at a demonstration, not a real business. We built it to show what this domain could carry β€” the company, the stock and the reviews are invented.

  1. 1

    Make an enquiry

Tell us who you are and what you would use it for. It costs nothing and puts you under no obligation.

  2. 2

    Agree a price

We reply with a price or consider your offer. Most conversations are settled within a couple of working days.

  3. 3

    Pay into escrow

Funds go to a licensed third-party escrow agent, never straight to us. They hold the money until the transfer is confirmed.

  4. 4

    Take ownership

We push the authorisation code to your registrar. You control the domain, usually within a week; escrow then releases the funds.

The demonstration site is not part of the sale by default β€” but if you want it, say so in your enquiry and we will include the source.
