A flat annual fee, set on the size of the vessel, how it is used and how many people are on the payroll. It is not a percentage of what you spend, because a percentage rewards us for spending more of it.

Indicative only, and deliberately so. There is a floor of €32,000 a year whatever the arithmetic says. A firm fee follows a look at the vessel, the flag and the last two years of accounts.

By the tenth of the following month, in the currency you think in, with the unusual lines explained in a sentence each. Late accounts are how a budget quietly doubles.
